About Ruben Martins
I’m Ruben — a husband, a dad to two beautiful girls, and someone who wears a few different hats across business, golf, and life.
As Director of The Golf Collective, I’ve built one of Australia’s fastest-growing social golf communities, giving everyday golfers the chance to connect, compete, and belong.
In my role as General Manager of Vizion Group, I focus on leadership, systems, and growth in the panel and paint industry, helping to drive a business that values both people and performance.
I’m also proud to represent Wilson Australia as an Ambassador, sharing my love for golf and a brand that has shaped the game for generations.
Beyond the titles, I’m passionate about creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving. Whether it’s through content creation, coaching others on productivity and mindset, or simply being present as a husband and father, my focus is on building things that matter — and helping people feel connected along the way.
